Mrs. Ljiljana Velickovic
Technically educated with years of experience in International business. Started her international carrier as General Manger for Balkan region working under The Scott Fetzer Company as strategic planer and team-builder, after she resigned started her work as Private Investor and become active on Oil Markets, Financial Markets, Construction and Infrastructure projects. She developed new concept of Agricultural planning, complete independent functionality and strategy implementation.
Mr. Halil Ibrahim Yavuz
He worked in the world's leading universities and special projects. He was awarded twice for his achievements in his field. He has many patents and projects in the fields of defense and energy. He continues to work as a technical Director in our organization to develop commercial projects in addition to his academic capacity.
Mr. Dejan Cirkovic
Technically and finance educated, started working in privately owned and family controlled company, continued from 2005 as Private Investor in different fields. Gathered knowledge and know-how while working his way from bottom up. Present on Oil Markets, Financial Markets, Commodities Trading, Green Energy projects, Construction and Infrastructure projects (implemented numerous Private Public Partnership projects).

With 4 decades experience in Construction, Development and Real Estate dealings both domestic to the US and abroad to several continents coupled with financing for a variety of industries Wren brings a wealth of diversity of business dealings and knowledge to our team.
Mr. Adrian Martin Martell
Technically educated with 10 years of experience in global trade and manufacturing of specialized products, a proven expert in various projects. Results-driven, ambitious and with an excellent eye for modern art. Currently active on establishing new lines between Africa and Europe.

The Risk and Compliance
Is responsible for the ongoing measurement, monitoring and reporting of working and exposure risk, counter-party risk, compliance risk and operational risk. The focus is on anticipatory risk management which enhances the chance of achieving the Sorabia’s objectives, namely to deliver risk-adjusted returns for the partners, clients and shareholders.
Risk management
Is a process that is underpinned by a set of principles as set out in the approved enterprise risk management policy and framework and is supported by a risk governance structure. Relevant policies and procedures are in place to regulate and guide the activities of the Sorabia System.
The compliance function
Is a statutory position which has been put in place by Sorabia Management. In addition to ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation's, laws, regulations, policies and best practice standards, the Risk and Compliance division ensures that our Project Managers manage the investment portfolios within the risk parameters as set out in their mandates.
Risk Measurement Framework
The risk related to the potential returns of investments is measured by using two metrics. The first of these is the total measure of risk... The second metric... is known as the tracking error. Counter-party risk is managed by the use of exposure limits. Operational risk is managed in accordance with enterprise risk management policy and framework.
