In order to protect all our partners activities and prevent any issues, problems, unpleasant situations that can occur as a product of bad communication, low quality Due Diligence conducted by Third Party service providers or simple misunderstandings between parties - we would like to inform all interested parties about fallowing facts:
- Sorabia Investments LLC, Dubai has no authorized representatives outside of our Company system,
- All our officers have company e-mail accounts and they never use other email accounts (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or similar) for their work
(no exceptions)
- All officers have signed mandates defining their level of authorization to represent company (no exception); each mandate can and should be verified
with our Headquarter management team
- Only Executive Company Officers have right to sign offers or agreements.
(only in few occasions lower ranked office can obtain written approval from board to sign in name of company)
- Company has its own Logo, Letterhead, Memo-paper and Stamps (electronic set and hard-copy set) for official correspondence protected by the law
- there is no Politically Exposed Personnel in Company or in Companies we are working with
Based on this information we wish to inform all interested parties that Sorabia Investment as Company accepts responsibility only over properly executed agreements (accompanied with all supporting documents) holding reference number listed in our Company Book of Records, confirmed by official hard copy stamp and correspondence only via Company Official e-mails.
If you were approached by anyone stating that they are representing our Company we advise you to ask their: Passport copies, Mandate letter confirmations to be e-mailed via company e-mails before you engage in any discussion with them; or if you are already in some phase of discussion stop and rapport to us. In case we are not able to confirm the person official mandate for person you inquire - we strongly advise you to take legal actions against person or persons misleading you to believe that you or them are working with us (we will do the same).
We suggest you to contact our office directly when doing Due Diligence for your company or your clients and get full confirmation about us and transactions we are involved in from our compliance team.
Our officers and employees will never begin operations with unknown companies, therefore they will ask you for all your KYC documents and company registrations prior to any deeper engagement, minimum that we will request is :
- CIS (client information sheet)
- Registration documents (for organizations)
- Passport copy (if person) or copies of all owners and interested parties (if organization)
- LOI (letter of intend) formulated to express your intentions

Note by : ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRINTED, SIGNED BY HAND AND STAMPED BEFORE SCANNING AND E-MAILING TO US
All documents exchanged with us can be delivered in hard copy to show authenticity at any stage of process, especially all agreements signed
in electronic form will be requested from our side to be delivered in hard copy (on Table Top Meeting or by Currier delivery) for our records.
All supporting documents such as ATV, BCL, FCO, ICPO will be also requested in hard copy form.
